At the table:
I have a soft spot for the Michelin Guide and love discovering new restaurants and flavours. Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine are favourites, and I’ll rarely say no to a beautiful steakhouse, but curiosity usually wins.
I’m adventurous with food and never afraid to try something new. Have a favourite restaurant you think I should know? Take me somewhere I haven’t tried yet.

In my cup & glass:

I love really good coffee with cinnamon, or a beautifully made latte are one of my favourite little rituals. I also have a soft spot for matcha, fragrant teas and discovering traditional drinks from different parts of the world.
Pour me the tea your grandmother would make, order the coffee everyone drinks back home, or introduce me to something I’ve never tried before. I love discovering a place through its little rituals.
And when the mood calls for something stronger: tropical flavours, a good gin cocktail or smoky mezcal.

Little things that make me smile:
Fresh flowers (sunflowers will always have my heart), chocolate, beautiful lingerie, or a thoughtful little indulgence chosen because it made you think of me.
Gifts are never expected, but intention is incredibly attractive.

I understand that sharing personal information requires confidence and trust. Any information you provide will be treated with care and kept strictly confidential. If you would feel more comfortable with additional privacy assurances, I’m happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request — simply mention it in your introductory message.

Once screening has been completed and approved, a deposit is kindly required at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment time to confirm our date.
